About Us

Vertical Method is the most effective posture training system in fitness. Each 50 minute full-body workout class strengthens and stretches framework muscles to reverse tech-neck and slouching. “The VertiBAR System maximizes the body’s postural structure system while the method eliminates tightness and weakness generated in a modern workplace,” says Jennifer Davis, method creator and inventor of the VertiBAR System.

Since 2013, Vertical Method boutique posture fitness has conducted R&D with SF’s young and fit tech talent. “We were able to pinpoint the root cause of muscular weakness and atrophy in our tech clients. Next, we created “great sweat” workout classes that intentionally cross-train for career longevity.”

Vertical Method group classes retrain core posture muscles to eliminate repetitive strain injuries and pain from standing and sitting desk work, smartphone use, laptop slouching and long commutes.
