About Us

A direct response to the ‘sitting epidemic’ and the numerous heath risks associated with it, Vertical Method is a challenging workout designed to retrain the muscle groups that create poor posture to counteract tech neck and slouching.

Ultimately, it’s the only full-body standing workout to spotlight spinal stability and the posterior line, including glutes and lower traps: the under-utilized connection between the hips and shoulders required for a strong and solid back and core.
